Beth is a sought after corporate image trainer, personal stylist, business etiquette, and civility advisor. She has been consulting and speaking to companies, groups and individuals since 1985. She has developed her programs to inspire her audiences to move to action in creating a more powerful presence and lasting impression. Beth Thorp earned advanced certification as a Certified Image Professional through the accredited Association of Image Consultants International, AICI. A Degree of Master of Image, Awarded Circle of Excellence, and Certified Esthetics Training from Color Me Beautiful University. She is a ASTD member American Society of Training and Development. She also holds a degree from Ray Vogue School of Design, in Fashion Merchandising.

President and founder of Powerful Impressions Inc. based in Carlsbad, CA. Her company works with businesses presenting seminars and workshops on business dress and etiquette and has helped companies establish dress code policies in the workplace. Beth consults individuals in color and style analysis, closet audits, and personal shopping. She coach’s clients for on camera work in style, voice, and makeup, recently working with the American Medical Association.

Beth is the fashion and image advisor for Butterfly Life, a woman’s Fitness Company. Helping women style their new shape. She has served on a team of experts as the image professional for Partners in Beauty a complete cosmetic surgeon and beauty firm. She sits on the board of advisors for Escondido Union School District, adult education for her image enhancement programs. National Association of Professional Women voted Beth as one of 2010/2011 Women of the Year.
